StorageCurrently the base model phone's start off with 16gb of storage but with all the new applications & higher megapixel cameras it is not sufficient space. Rumour has it that the next generation iphone by apple will start off at 32gb but with the increase in megapixels as well as demands of applications we will more than likely see a significant increase by the year 2025. Samsung is currently working on a 256gb flash chip that is faster than the SSD(solid state drive) that is used in computers. The chip will allow an increase in performance on future cell phones allowing AR/VR to be integrated seamlessly as well as capturing 4k footage.
