Fujitsu has developed a technology that will be able to scan your iris, in order to identify the user and unlock your smartphone or do other duties that would typically require a password, this is called Retina Scanning. The removal of the need to physically input a password is something that companies are highly investing in. Retina Scanning is perceived to be a lot more accurate than a fingerprint scan due to the fact that a retina scan is so much harder to produce.
